The Diamond Service Package is for the couple who has no time to plan and would like for someone to assist them from the engagement to the wedding day.

Includes:

• Five (5) face to face progress meetings
• Assistance in defining and developing the style of your wedding
• Budget development and analysis
• Ceremony and reception site referrals
• Accompany couple on ceremony and reception site appointment tours
• Vendor referrals
• Arrange vendor appointments/schedule meetings
• Attendance at various planning meetings with vendors (as needed)
• Assistance with floor plan design
• Assistance with seating chart organization
• Etiquette advice
• Use of any decoration items available by Once Upon a Wedding
• Unlimited phone consultation during normal working hours and unlimited email consults
• Assistance with hotel accommodations and negotiations of special room rate blocks
• Secure and manage guest accommodations (as needed)
• Itinerary, timeline development consultation
• Arrange for child friendly activities for children (at their table) during the reception
• Final itinerary preparation
• Review final vendor confirmations
• Assistance with rehearsal dinner location and arrangements
• Orchestrate wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
• Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on the wedding day

• Snack baskets for bridesmaids and groomsmen prior to special event

All services will be supervised by the guidance of an experienced wedding consultant throughout the planning period and the celebration of your event. Additional Assistant coverage coordinators are required here only for large weddings and events.

Price quotes are given on individual basis focusing on total guest count, specific needs and requirements of the bride and groom, additional assistance for the “day of wedding” coordination, and the location of the special event.

Deposit of 30% of the total cost of the selected package due upon booking and remainder of the balance will be due 14 (fourteen) days prior to scheduled event.
